Shantrelle has over 10 years experience providing Early Childhood Learning and Care. She was previously the Executive Director of 18th Avenue Family Enrichment Center. For the past 20 years she has been a working mother with two boys. Therefore, she knows the importance of providing quality childcare. Her goal was to start a "boutique" childcare facility. Its referred to as boutique because it's a small daycare with unique qualities and characteristics. The environment was intentionally designed to have a family-like atmosphere.
